Mr. Talmor attended California State University in Northridge, California. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1986. He spent 3 years on the Dean’s list from 1983-1986. He was awarded membership in Pi Sigma Alpha, National Political Science Honors in addition to being elected officer of the Golden Key National Honor Society on campus.
He also graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 1991 from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. He was an on-campus representative for the Jewish Law Students Association.
Mr. Talmor is highly skilled in legal affairs and he can speak, read, and write fluent Hebrew and is very computer proficient.
Mr. Talmor was Law Extern in 1989 for the National Center for Human Rights and Constitutional Law in Los Angeles, California. He researched and drafted appellate briefs for class action lawsuits in the areas of immigration, constitutional law, and civil rights.
Mr. Talmor has cultivated experience in many areas and he has utilized his education while working as an Associate for the Law Offices of Vicken O. Berjikian in Glendale, California from 1992-present. He has been an Associate for the Law Offices of Lee C. Arter since 2003. He has extensive litigation experience in areas such as Plaintiff Personal Injury, Worker’s Compensation as well as some business, administrative, and personal injury defense experience. He has had up to 70 litigation cases at a time on average for The Law Offices of Vicken O. Berjikian and up to 90 cases for the Law Offices of Lee Arter.
