In 1970, Lee C. Arter graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California with a degree in political science. After he finished his education he started a fruitful career as a family business man who represented several companies in managing and marketing their products.

His interested and love for the law inspired Mr. Arter to further his education. He enrolled at the University of La Verne where he graduated in 1989. He passed his Bar examination on the first attempt and was well on his way to practice law and seek justice for his fellow Americans.
Not very long after he was successful in taking his Bar exam he joined the Spiegel, Vitabile & Yochelson firm where he was a litigation lawyer. In 1992 he decided to branch out and he was able to start his own firm, now known as the Law Offices of Lee Arter. Mr. Arter’s Law Office is located in Los Angeles on Wilshire Boulevard.

My dream of having my own practice is now a growing Los Angeles law firm. The Law Offices of Lee Arter has a total of four lawyers who have been practicing law for a combined total of over 90 years of experience. Our practice targets the area of personal injury law and represents those individuals who have been victims of an accident or any negligent act in Los Angeles, California which caused them Brain / Spinal Cord Injuries. Our law offices have recovered over 60 million dollars in settlements and jury verdicts and we have dealt with over 10,000 cases in the area of personal injury law.
